Greenbank Farm

Greenbank Farm, Leyland, Lancashire.

It had rained the night before our arrival and the field was very soft. The owners were kind, helpful and provided boards for the caravan wheels (so she can be pulled off easily).

Unfortunately later that evening it also rained really heavily, the field became even more boggy, but we had a pleasant stay regardless.

The site is close to the motorway so there is some road noise but that really didn’t bother us whatsoever.

The entrance is a little tight, and the road is quite busy to pull out onto (with ‘van in tow). The price was really reasonable and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Our stay was for two days, late March 2025.
